Hey there, I’m Billee,

This months retreat is all about deepening your yoga practice through meditation and pranayama.

Your asana practice is just the tip of the iceberg!

Learn how yogic breath techniques can clear your mind and cleanse your body.

Discover new ways to work with mediation to get into deeper states of centred awareness.

The day begins in circle to meet each other and set the day’s intention before moving into asana practice. We will then learn some Kriya, cleansing breath practice before breaking for a delicious vegetarian lunch.

The rest of the day will be centred around pranayama and meditation practices that you can take into your daily life.

We end the day in circle with a yummy chai, connection and always laughter!

Winter Wellness? Yes please!

I have teamed up with Kia Kaha Studios in Takapuna to bring you a Reformer Pilates and Yin combo!
